What We Offer
Our manufacturing facility is equipped with 3-Axis Machining Centers of Makino and Okuma giving us capability to accommodate wide range of milling operations on different materials which includes mild steel, alloys, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, bronze and plastic. An Okuma CNC Lathe in process of procurement and will be delivered by the end of year.
Prototyping/1-Off CNC Milling
We provide the service of providing 1-off, 2-off CNC precised mill components to ensure that our customers needs are perfectly met.
Small Batch CNC Milling
Small batches are always welcomed in our machine shop and every attention is provided to each and every component being manufactured to its highest standard.
Production Engineering
Mass production of components are conveniently manufactured on time due to the capacity of our facility to have two shifts when required to cope up with work load.
